1. Is there a universal environmental badge that is valid across Europe?

Unfortunately no, you need an original local environmental badge for each country. For example, the German sticker is not valid in France.

2. Do you sell official environmental badges? There are so many scammers on the internet.

The environmental badges sold here are official documents that have been issued by a certified authority. So you don’t have to worry about them not being officially recognised.

3. I am looking for an environmental badge at the last minute. Can you help me?

Express options

  • German environmental badge
    We offer an express delivery to an address in Germany within 1-2 working days.

  • Austrian and German environmental badges
    For most European countries we provide an express delivery option with UPS/DPD.

  • French environmental badge
    Within 48 hours of completing and paying for your order, we will email you an electronic environmental badge with a QR code. This is an official and recognised temporary replacement for the French environmental badge. The printed environmental badge will be delivered to your letterbox later.

4. I am leaving for Germany tomorrow, is there anything that can be done?

Yes, we will have the environmental sticker printed and sent directly to your address in Germany.
Delivery within Germany takes 1-2 working days. The environmental badge will normally be delivered to your letterbox on the next working day.

In order for us to process your order as soon as possible, you must contact us before 1:00 PM on working days.

5. How long does it take to receive an environmental badge? How are the environmental stickers sent?

We only issue environmental badges when the order is complete and paid for.

  • German environmental badges are dispatched on the same or next working day, Austrian badges within 5 working days. These are sent by priority mail from Germany.
  • French badges are sent by priority mail from France, usually within 14 working days after you receive a dispatch email from us. Meanwhile, you can travel with an electronic environmental badge, which will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
  • We offer free delivery worldwide. For most European countries we provide an express delivery option.

6. What happens if my environmental badge is not delivered?

We guarantee the delivery of each environmental badge.

You will receive an email from us the moment the environmental sticker is shipped. If the environmental badge is not delivered within 10 business days, please contact us immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

7. Where can I find information about my order?

In every email from us, you will find a green button that links to a page where you can track the current status of your order, upload vehicle documents, download an invoice, check the delivery address, view a scan of the issued environmental badge, etc. The page serves as a general overview of your order.

We will also notify you by email of any changes to your order.

8. I received a “blank sticker” in my envelope, what is it?

If you have ordered a French environmental badge including the self-adhesive foil, you will receive two separate letters. You may receive the self-adhesive foil first and then the letter with the environmental badge.

9. What is the validity of the environmental badge?

The environmental sticker issued is valid for an unlimited period of time and, once purchased, will last for the lifetime of the vehicle.

10. I bought a vehicle and I have a new number plate. Do I need a new environmental sticker?

Yes, if you get a new licence plate, you will need to get a new environmental badge. Each environmental sticker carries the registration number of the vehicle and cannot be changed.

11. The environmental sticker was destroyed when I replaced my windscreen, will you issue me a new one?

Yes, if the original environmental sticker was ordered from us, we will be happy to reissue it for you at a special discount. Please contact us by e-mail: [email protected]

12. Do I need an IGL environmental sticker for my car in Austria?

In Austria, only vehicles of category N, i.e. mostly company cars and trucks, are required to have an environmental badge.
M1 cars, M2+M3 buses, L motorcycles and others are currently not subject to the Austrian environmental sticker.

13. Does my motor home (e.g. caravan) also need an environmental badge?

Yes, if it is a motorhome with its own engine, it needs an environmental badge. On the other hand, towed caravans that do not have their own engine do not need an environmental sticker. You can find the vehicle category on your vehicle registration.

14. Where can I find all the information I need to fill in the order form?

You can find everything on your vehicle registration document. Please be sure to upload this with your order. We only require a photo or a scan of it. You can hide the personal information – we don’t need to see them. Why do we require vehicle registration documents?

15. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund until your environmental badge is made.

Environmental stickers are custom-made products. Each environmental badge is printed with a number plate according to the documents you send us. For this reason, once an environmental badge has been issued, it cannot be used on another vehicle. Once we have produced an environmental badge, you cannot cancel or return your order.

16. I would like to order environmental badges for my company fleet. Can I make a bulk order?

Yes, please contact us at [email protected]. Please indicate the number of vehicles for which you would like an environmental badge and send us a photo or scan the vehicle registration documents. We will issue a Proforma invoice for your order.

17. Is the information on your website up to date?

Yes, we keep all information up to date and monitor the current status for you.
