Environmental badges are sent as priority letters from abroad.
- German and Austrian environmental badges are sent from Germany.
- French environmental badges are sent from France.
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible - that's why we send the environmental badge for each country separately.
This means that if you have ordered a pack of badges, you will receive more than one letter.
Delivery in Europe takes an average of 3 working days from dispatch, and approximately 7 working days worldwide.

What is the current status of my order?
- In every email you receive from us you will find a green button that allows you to track the status of your order.
- Upload the required documents from your vehicle.
- Download scans of the environmental badges issued.
- Download your invoice, proforma invoice or credit note.
- Verify your delivery and billing address.
- Once your order has been processed, you will be notified that your environmental badge is being printed.
- You have the option to double check the delivery address and report any changes.
- Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us and a scanned copy of your issued environmental badge.
- This scan is for your information only and does not replace the environmental badge itself.
- Note for the French badge: You can use the printed PDF of the environmental badge until you receive your printed badge in the post.
German environmental badge
Your order will be processed within 24 hours (working days). If you place your order between Monday and Friday before 12:00, we will usually process it the same day.
We usually dispatch the issued badge from Germany on the next working day, including Saturdays.
The condition is that the order is paid for and contains all the necessary documents.

Austrian IGL environmental badge
Your order will be processed within 48 hours (working days). If you place your order between Monday and Friday before 12:00, we will usually process it the same day.
The environmental badge will be ready for dispatch from Germany within 5 working days of processing.
The condition is that the order is paid for and contains all the necessary documents.

French CRIT'AIR environmental badge
Your order will be processed within 24 hours (working days).
Within 48 hours of processing, we will email you a PDF of the French environmental badge, which contains a QR code and is fully valid, allowing you to travel temporarily without fear.
The condition is that the order is paid for and contains all the necessary documents.
- The printed environmental badge will arrive by post approximately 14 days after you receive the dispatch email from us.
- Have you ordered a French environmental badge with self adhesive foil?
- The self adhesive foil will be sent separately, so you will receive two letters.
